No operational SaaS business is conducted.<\/p>\n<p>The VISBO cloud infrastructure (e.g., my.visbo.net) is operated exclusively for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Software demos for potential asset acquirers<\/li>\n<li>Testing and prototyping<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation by interested parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Important Notice:<\/strong> Use is entirely at the user&#8217;s own risk. The following limitations apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use exclusively &#8220;as-is&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>No warranty, no guarantee, no assurances of any kind<\/li>\n<li>No guarantee of availability or duration of service<\/li>\n<li>No backups by VISBO \u2013 data backup is the user&#8217;s responsibility<\/li>\n<li>No liability for data loss, outages, or functional limitations, to the extent permitted by law<\/li>\n<li>The service may be discontinued at any time without prior notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. What Data is Processed?<\/h2>\n<p>The following data is processed during demo use:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Access data:<\/strong> Email address, name (if provided)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Usage data:<\/strong> IP address, time of access, browser type<\/li>\n<li><strong>Content data:<\/strong> Project and portfolio data entered by the user<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Purpose and Legal Basis<\/h2>\n<p>Data processing is carried out:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to provide demo functionality (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR)<\/li>\n<li>to protect legitimate interests in connection with asset realization (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR)<\/li>\n<li>to comply with legal retention obligations (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Storage Period and Deletion<\/h2>\n<p>As the company is in liquidation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data is stored only as long as necessary for demo purposes<\/li>\n<li>All user data will be deleted when demo operations cease<\/li>\n<li>There is no obligation to retain demo data long-term<\/li>\n<li><strong>Users should not enter any productive or sensitive data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Cookies<\/h2>\n<p>The demo environment uses technically necessary session cookies for authentication. These are deleted at the end of the session.<\/p>\n<h2>7. No Data Transfer to Third Parties<\/h2>\n<p>Data is not transferred to third parties unless:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>required by law<\/li>\n<li>necessary for legal prosecution in case of abuse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8.
