1. Liquidation Notice and Terms of Use

VISBO GmbH has been in liquidation since January 1, 2026, pursuant to §§ 66 et seq. GmbHG (German Limited Liability Companies Act). No operational SaaS business is conducted.

The VISBO cloud infrastructure (e.g., my.visbo.net) is operated exclusively for the following purposes:

• Software demos for potential asset acquirers
• Testing and prototyping
• Evaluation by interested parties

Important Notice: Use is entirely at the user’s own risk. The following limitations apply:

• Use exclusively “as-is”
• No warranty, no guarantee, no assurances of any kind
• No guarantee of availability or duration of service
• No backups by VISBO – data backup is the user’s responsibility
• No liability for data loss, outages, or functional limitations, to the extent permitted by law
• The service may be discontinued at any time without prior notice

3. What Data is Processed?

The following data is processed during demo use:

• Access data: Email address, name (if provided)
• Usage data: IP address, time of access, browser type
• Content data: Project and portfolio data entered by the user

4. Purpose and Legal Basis

Data processing is carried out:

• to provide demo functionality (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR)
• to protect legitimate interests in connection with asset realization (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR)
• to comply with legal retention obligations (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR)

5. Storage Period and Deletion

As the company is in liquidation:

• Data is stored only as long as necessary for demo purposes
• All user data will be deleted when demo operations cease
• There is no obligation to retain demo data long-term
• Users should not enter any productive or sensitive data

6. Cookies

The demo environment uses technically necessary session cookies for authentication. These are deleted at the end of the session.

7. No Data Transfer to Third Parties

Data is not transferred to third parties unless:

• required by law
• necessary for legal prosecution in case of abuse

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, and restriction of processing of your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

9. Disclaimer

Use of the VISBO demo environment is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, VISBO GmbH i. L. assumes no liability for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Outages or unavailability of the service
• Damages arising from use or inability to use
• Fitness of the software for any particular purpose

No backups are created. The user is solely responsible for backing up their own data.
